BRIANNA HOFMANN, LIFE COACh
"The relationship you have with yourself sets the tone for every connection in your life."
I used buy into the self-sacrificing model of care and it was not only bad for my health but bad for the people around me. I know that the only way to effectively love and care for others is to put yourself first….
my story
Proving what I Preach
I always believed that love, family, and connection were life’s greatest gifts. I married young, had two beautiful children, and built a life in the rugged mountains of Colorado. But when my husband, Jake, took his own life while I was four months pregnant with our daughter, my world shattered. Isolation, financial stress, and uncertainty consumed me. On top of it all, a global pandemic, wildfires, and political chaos made it feel like the universe was closing in.
Grief broke me open. It forced me to examine every pattern I had learned—people-pleasing, self-sacrifice, putting everyone else’s needs before my own. In my darkest moments, I had a choice: stay lost in survival mode or rebuild with intention. I chose myself for the first time in my life, and everything changed. Healing didn’t just mend my wounds—it transformed the way I connected with myself and others. My children thrived, my relationships deepened, and for the first time, I had clarity about who I was and what I wanted.
My background in healthcare—as an EMT, medical assistant, and doula—taught me that true well-being isn’t about waiting until you need saving. It’s about cultivating emotional intelligence, resilience, and self-care before crisis hits. Through years of personal growth, therapy, and self-discovery, I realized my calling: to help others reconnect with themselves, break free from limiting beliefs, and build lives rooted in purpose, confidence, and connection.
Now, I share what I’ve learned—because healing yourself isn’t just for you. It’s the key to deeper relationships, greater fulfillment, and a life where you finally feel at home within yourself.
